Background:
Prof. Lee has previously taught in the U.S. He was a past department chair and director of Japan centre in the U.S. He sits on several editorial boards.

Research Interests:
Some of his research interests are cross-cultural issues related to: multinational corporations; effect of culture on manufacturing practices; apology and disciplinary action; risk taking and escalation of commitment to losing course of action; and also, ethnic and immigrant entrepreneurship.
