Odette MBA Class of 2018 helped to tip the Hats on For Healthcare campaign over their 2017 goal

On Tuesday, May 23rd, the MBA Class of 2018 hosted Gisele Seguin and Ron Foster from Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) for a cheque presentation ceremony and cocktail reception at The City Grill restaurant. Following in the footsteps of the Class of 2017, this year's MBA class was able to raise a record-breaking $7 000 for the Hats on For Healthcare campaign at WRH.

The class was led by Issra Mehdi, Sarah Mushtaq, Anna Mullins, Lauren Queenen and Nawar Talia. Over the course of the campaign and with the guidance of Dr. Reavley, the MBA class used their corporate teams for some friendly competition in raising funds. By organizing bowling nights, March Madness pools, and pub nights, some individual teams were able to raise $1 000 apiece.

The money raised helped to tip the Hats on For Healthcare campaign over their 2017 goal of $50 000. The funds will go to support mental health and medicine programs at the hospital. The Class of 2018 is proud to have participated in this local campaign once again and is looking forward to what the Class of 2019 will bring to the table.
